CEO and MDShefali has more than 25 years of industrial experience in IT and manufacturing domains. Before venturing into handmade paper industry, she has worked with IT majors like DELL, Satyam, NIIT managing global teams in software development, testing and supporting manufacturing facilities across continents.
She is a post graduate with proven expertise in setting up business units, managing globally distributed teams. She was actively involved in all the CSR initiatives which has in turn planted the seeds of exploring possibilities of giving back to the society in her heart. This passion about developing ecofriendly products and also empowering people to rise and realize their dreams and do justice to their potentials.
Aile Globale is a dream project aiming at creating sustainable development along with providing means of existence and pride of workmanship for those who need our support.
